It requires collaboration across Sales, Marketing, Product, and field teams while promoting Karius’s infectious disease diagnostic technology.

Manage full-cycle recruiting for a life sciences company by partnering with hiring managers, developing recruiting strategies, sourcing candidates, building pipelines, managing candidate relationships, and guiding candidates through accepted offers. The recruiter will use Lever to track hiring progress, become knowledgeable about Karius’s technology and culture, and deliver a strong candidate experience. This is a three-month contract role with no travel required.

Leads commercial operations strategy, sales systems, forecasting, pipeline analytics, compensation, vendor management, data governance, and process optimization. Builds and manages the commercial operations team, improves CRM adoption and data integrity, develops performance metrics and enablement programs, and partners with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and executive leadership to support revenue growth, planning, and go-to-market strategy.

Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain scalable backend software and microservices. Collaborate with engineering, product, analytics, laboratory, and clinical teams; create technical documentation; monitor reliability and performance; support production deployments; troubleshoot complex issues; conduct root-cause analysis; participate in design and code reviews; and guide technical decisions and engineering process improvements.
