Manage Claude access, connector security reviews, AI champions, documentation, training, and executive reporting. Partner across departments to deploy production software, measure adoption and cost, and ensure teams own the tools they use.

Own a portfolio of accounting firms as the commercial and strategic customer success leader. Drive onboarding value realization, renewals, expansion, adoption, retention, and revenue growth. Build executive relationships, success plans, ROI analyses, renewal forecasts, and churn save plans. Use customer data, health metrics, AI tools, and analytics to identify risks and opportunities. Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, Marketing, Implementation, Support, and Education teams to improve customer outcomes and influence roadmap priorities.

Manage a large portfolio of SMB SaaS customers, serving as the primary contact and driving adoption, retention, renewals, and expansion. Build customer relationships, identify churn risks, resolve issues with internal teams, and use customer data, usage analytics, and AI-driven tools to improve outcomes. Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, and support while developing customer advocacy through testimonials and case studies.
