Develop and implement machine learning and deep learning algorithms to analyze MRI data, collaborate with neuroscientists and clinicians to define model requirements, evaluate and optimize models for clinical applications, and write reports and scientific publications.

Owns processing and technical quality of MRI data from raw acquisitions through quality-controlled datasets. Builds and maintains MRI processing and QA/QC pipelines, monitors acquisitions across imaging centers, investigates data-quality issues, and improves collection processes. Collaborates with MRI physicists, clinical research associates, and model developers to adapt pipelines and validate new sequences and protocols across sites.

Support MRI data collection by recruiting and screening participants, coordinating visits, and running experiments at partner imaging centres. Serve as a primary Karavela representative while collaborating with clinical research, MRI physics, engineering, MRI technology, and imaging-centre teams. The role requires strong organisation, attention to detail, participant-facing communication, and fluent French.

Develop and maintain the data acquisition and storage platform for large MRI datasets. Implement backend features (stimulus presentation, logging, notifications), ensure production-ready storage solutions, and support ongoing service maintenance during data collection.
