Manage and participate in large-scale MRI data collection from healthy volunteers in France and abroad, ensure regulatory compliance, coordinate with clinical teams, and support dataset quality for downstream deep-learning research.

Develop and maintain the data acquisition and storage platform for large MRI datasets. Implement backend features (stimulus presentation, logging, notifications), ensure production-ready storage solutions, and support ongoing service maintenance during data collection.

Develop and implement machine learning algorithms to analyze MRI data, collaborate with neuroscientists and clinicians to define requirements, evaluate and optimize decoding and foundation models for clinical use, and write scientific reports and publications.
