Teams at Karat

Leads Karat’s integrated communications function, including external, internal, executive, media, and crisis communications. Advises the CEO and leadership team on messaging and stakeholder impact; builds media relationships and executive platforms; develops campaigns with marketing teams; manages crisis communications; and oversees PR agencies and communications partners. The role requires extensive communications leadership experience in high-growth technology or B2B companies.

Serve as the senior technical advisor for enterprise clients throughout onboarding and ongoing optimization. Present solutions, architect and implement interview frameworks, conduct strategic reviews, train executive stakeholders, analyze performance data with content and data teams, and recommend improvements. Partner with GTM and engineering teams to align Karat’s platform with client hiring objectives and improve customer operations.

Own the vision, strategy, roadmap, and execution for Karat’s hiring-manager-facing product experience. Lead customer discovery, analytics, experimentation, enterprise product development, and AI-driven insight initiatives. Collaborate with engineering, content, design, and go-to-market teams to launch scalable B2B SaaS products, improve onboarding and results delivery, and drive measurable business impact. The role requires executive communication, enterprise client engagement, and cross-functional leadership.
