Lead pricing strategy and cost model development for complex North American pursuits. Partner with cross-functional teams to create pricing scenarios, validate cost inputs, lead governance and executive reviews, support negotiations, and transition pricing to delivery while mentoring junior team members and improving templates and processes.

Lead technical ownership of systems engineering for tolling and roadside infrastructure projects: define end-to-end solution architecture, manage requirements, estimate costs, design physical wiring/cable layouts, serve as client technical lead, and guide cross-disciplinary teams from bid through delivery and operational handoff.

Lead systems engineering for complex hardware/software ITS projects from pre-award through deployment. Define system architecture, requirements, KPIs, and acceptance criteria; oversee integration, testing (FAT/SIT/SAT/OAT), documentation, risk and change control; provide technical leadership, client engagement, and handover support to operations.

Lead end-to-end proposal development: analyze RFPs, manage schedules and compliance, coordinate cross-functional teams, guide writers and reviewers, oversee graphics and production, ensure quality and timely submissions, support presentations, and escalate risks to leadership.
