Define system architecture, requirements, KPIs, and acceptance criteria; oversee integration, testing (FAT/SIT/SAT/OAT), documentation, risk and change control; provide technical leadership, client engagement, and handover support to operations.

Lead technical ownership of systems engineering for tolling and roadside infrastructure projects: define end-to-end solution architecture, manage requirements, estimate costs, design physical wiring/cable layouts, serve as client technical lead, and guide cross-disciplinary teams from bid through delivery and operational handoff.
