Partner with cross-functional teams to create pricing scenarios, validate cost inputs, lead governance and executive reviews, support negotiations, and transition pricing to delivery while mentoring junior team members and improving templates and processes.

Lead systems engineering for complex hardware/software ITS projects from pre-award through deployment. Define system architecture, requirements, KPIs, and acceptance criteria; oversee integration, testing (FAT/SIT/SAT/OAT), documentation, risk and change control; provide technical leadership, client engagement, and handover support to operations.
