Provide litigation, transactional, and office support including drafting and proofreading legal documents, e-filing and docketing, trial and closing binder preparation, contract redlining, matter intake and conflict checks, time entry and pre-bill review, CLE and budget tracking, notarial services, and general office administration for a New York law firm.

The Associate Attorney will join a litigation team, managing federal and state regulatory issues, engaging with clients, and working on various legal matters, including trials and court hearings.

Provide litigation and administrative support: court filings in California and federal courts, docketing and calendaring, document preparation and proofreading, e-discovery support, client communication, file management, scheduling hearings, billing/time entry, and general office upkeep and reception duties.

Work as a law clerk conducting substantive legal research and writing across environmental, conservation, land use, infrastructure, project finance, tribal, and renewable energy matters. Participate in mentoring, weekly practice meetings, and collaborative, cross-office projects. Fall/Spring clerks work 15–20 hours/week; Summer clerks work 40 hours/week. Positions available in Denver, San Francisco, Washington D.C., or New York.
