Implement and improve manufacturing processes, ensure AS9100 compliance, drive lean initiatives, support NPI and process validation, manage budgets and KPIs, and act as primary contact for audits and customer visits.

Lead design and development of precision ball screw assemblies for aerospace and industrial applications. Own architecture, materials, manufacturing methods, FEA/CAE analysis, failure analysis, testing strategy, and regulatory compliance. Mentor engineers, interface with customers, and drive innovation to meet life, reliability, and performance targets.

Set up and operate Studer CNC OD grinders (and other machine tools), perform quality inspections and first-piece verification, make tooling adjustments to meet dimensions/finishes, assist and train operators, participate in continuous improvement and TPM, maintain manufacturing/inspection records, and follow company safety and quality procedures.

Own P&L and operational leadership for a business unit: drive financial performance, pricing, cost control, customer relationships, proposals and contract negotiations. Coordinate engineering, manufacturing and quality to meet technical, schedule and budget requirements while generating new business and ensuring excellent customer service.

Lead design, analysis, and validation of precision ball screw assemblies for aerospace and industrial applications. Own geometry, materials, preload, lubrication, FEA/CAE, failure analysis, testing, and manufacturability. Mentor engineers, drive innovation, ensure AS9100 and export-control compliance, and work with customers and manufacturing to meet life, reliability, and performance targets.

Set up, program, and operate cylindrical, centerless, thread, and surface grinders to produce high-precision ball screw components. Develop and optimize grinding processes, select wheels and dressing parameters, compensate for heat-treat and prior machining effects, perform dimensional and surface inspections, troubleshoot defects, document setups, and mentor junior machinists while ensuring quality and safety.
