Mentor engineers, drive innovation, ensure AS9100 and export-control compliance, and work with customers and manufacturing to meet life, reliability, and performance targets.

Set up, program, and operate cylindrical, centerless, thread, and surface grinders to produce high-precision ball screw components. Develop and optimize grinding processes, select wheels and dressing parameters, compensate for heat-treat and prior machining effects, perform dimensional and surface inspections, troubleshoot defects, document setups, and mentor junior machinists while ensuring quality and safety.
