Lead design and validation of precision ball screw mechanisms across industries. Own architecture, materials, FEA/CAE, failure analysis, testing strategy, manufacturability, and compliance while mentoring teams and interfacing with customers and manufacturing.

Design and validate precision ball screw assemblies: create CAD models and drawings, perform engineering calculations and FEA, support prototyping and testing, investigate failures, and collaborate with manufacturing to improve producibility and performance.

Perform precision dimensional inspections and in-machine measurements of aerospace ball screws and components, develop inspection and FAI documentation, validate machining processes and Cp/Cpk, lead root-cause analysis and corrective actions, ensure AS9100/AS9102 compliance, and support supplier and manufacturing quality activities.
