Perform front-end patient access and registration across hospital and clinic settings: verify identity and insurance, prevent duplicate records, collect demographic and guarantor data, obtain consents and authorizations, estimate and collect patient payments, maintain registration queues, ensure billing readiness, and support audit-ready documentation.

Register patients across inpatient, outpatient, ED, and clinic settings; verify identity and insurance, prevent duplicate records, obtain authorizations and consents, estimate patient responsibility, support point-of-service collections, maintain registration queues and documentation, and ensure billing readiness and compliance with Medicare/Medicaid, payer rules, and EMTALA requirements.

Manage and oversee hospital and clinic revenue cycle functions including registration, eligibility, authorizations, claims submission, billing, collections, denials management, AR follow-up, refunds/credit balances, reporting, staff supervision, training, and process/compliance coordination with leadership.

Perform hospital and clinic billing functions including claim review/submission, denial management, payment posting support, AR work queues, refund/credit balance support, bad debt prep, and revenue cycle reporting while ensuring compliance and timely cash flow.

Lead hospital accounting functions including general ledger integrity, financial statement preparation, budgeting, forecasting, reimbursement and compliance (Medicare/Medicaid/GASB/GAAP). Support audits, internal controls, strategic planning, performance measurement, and process improvements to protect assets and guide executive decision-making.
