Teams at Kane County Hospital

Provides direct registered nursing care in a critical access hospital. Responsibilities include patient assessments, nursing histories, care-plan development, safe care delivery, documentation, communication with patients and care teams, evaluation of outcomes, and supervision of nonprofessional personnel.

Manage and oversee hospital and clinic revenue cycle functions including registration, eligibility, authorizations, claims submission, billing, collections, denials management, AR follow-up, refunds/credit balances, reporting, staff supervision, training, and process/compliance coordination with leadership.
