The VP of Finance will lead financial planning and analysis, support operational finance, manage financial reporting, and collaborate on strategic initiatives within a growing industrial business.

Serve as KBS Lead across 4–6 partner companies, build CEO partnerships, drive hands-on value creation across functions (strategy to execution), and grow the Kanbrick Community through content and relationships. Ramp into lead roles, apply AI and operational expertise to improve company performance, and contribute materially to multiple portfolio companies within 12–18 months.

The Finance Manager will own Kanbrick's financial infrastructure, handling accounting, compliance, tax, investor relations, and audits. Responsibilities include financial reporting, regulatory filing, and managing external audits while operating autonomously in a fast-paced environment.

The Director of Kanbrick Community will expand the business builder community by connecting with CEOs, fostering relationships, and collaborating across the team to enable long-term partnerships. Responsibilities include engaging with values-aligned leaders, sharing Kanbrick's story, and building systems to track relationship insights while traveling for events and meetings.

The Associate will source and evaluate investment opportunities, build financial models, support post-investment initiatives, and contribute to internal strategy.

The role involves building relationships with founders and CEOs, facilitating community engagement, and collaborating across teams to promote Kanbrick's objectives. You'll help identify business leaders aligned with Kanbrick's values while developing a scalable system for tracking insights.

The AI Engineer will develop AI tools and workflows for Kanbrick and partner companies, enhancing productivity and enabling automation.
