Lead LTI’s People function and team while building leadership, succession, talent acquisition, career progression, compensation, benefits, and organizational systems. Oversee employee relations, compliance, onboarding, performance management, HR technology, and multi-state practices. Partner with executives on organizational design, culture, workforce planning, and acquisition due diligence and integration. Maintain and scale LTI’s culture while improving people operations and supporting growth across locations.

Owns full-cycle recruiting for skilled laboratory, technical, corporate, and SG&A roles, from sourcing through accepted offer and pre-employment requirements. Builds talent pipelines through trade schools, technical programs, associations, job fairs, and military transition channels. Partners with hiring managers, implements structured interviews and scorecards, develops an internship program, strengthens employer branding, and improves recruiting workflows in ADP Workforce Now using AI tools.

Owns monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities across more than a dozen locations, including journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, and GAAP-compliant reporting. Provides variance analysis and executive reporting, strengthens internal controls, manages sales and use tax compliance, and leads accounting staff. The role also drives Sage 100 and process improvements while partnering closely with the Controller and CFO.

The Director of Kanbrick Community will expand the business builder community by connecting with CEOs, fostering relationships, and collaborating across the team to enable long-term partnerships. Responsibilities include engaging with values-aligned leaders, sharing Kanbrick's story, and building systems to track relationship insights while traveling for events and meetings.

The role involves building relationships with founders and CEOs, facilitating community engagement, and collaborating across teams to promote Kanbrick's objectives. You'll help identify business leaders aligned with Kanbrick's values while developing a scalable system for tracking insights.

The Associate will source and evaluate investment opportunities, build financial models, support post-investment initiatives, and contribute to internal strategy.

Lead end-to-end integrations of acquired companies, standardize workflows and playbooks, drive operational excellence, implement ERP/inventory systems, develop KPIs and dashboards, and lead cross-functional change while partnering with local leaders and traveling to sites.
