Build and lead a centralized talent acquisition function for a growing veterinary hospital network. Establish sourcing strategies, employer branding, recruiting technology, talent pipelines, school and professional relationships, compensation insights, and candidate experience processes. Recruit scarce veterinary and clinical talent across multiple locations while partnering with hospital leaders and local HR teams. The role combines strategic function-building with hands-on sourcing, community engagement, and regular travel.

Lead LTI’s People function and team while building leadership, succession, talent acquisition, career progression, compensation, benefits, and organizational systems. Oversee employee relations, compliance, onboarding, performance management, HR technology, and multi-state practices. Partner with executives on organizational design, culture, workforce planning, and acquisition due diligence and integration. Maintain and scale LTI’s culture while improving people operations and supporting growth across locations.

Owns full-cycle recruiting for skilled laboratory, technical, corporate, and SG&A roles, from sourcing through accepted offer and pre-employment requirements. Builds talent pipelines through trade schools, technical programs, associations, job fairs, and military transition channels. Partners with hiring managers, implements structured interviews and scorecards, develops an internship program, strengthens employer branding, and improves recruiting workflows in ADP Workforce Now using AI tools.
