Lead LTI’s People function and team while building leadership, succession, talent acquisition, career progression, compensation, benefits, and organizational systems. Oversee employee relations, compliance, onboarding, performance management, HR technology, and multi-state practices. Partner with executives on organizational design, culture, workforce planning, and acquisition due diligence and integration. Maintain and scale LTI’s culture while improving people operations and supporting growth across locations.

Owns full-cycle recruiting for skilled laboratory, technical, corporate, and SG&A roles, from sourcing through accepted offer and pre-employment requirements. Builds talent pipelines through trade schools, technical programs, associations, job fairs, and military transition channels. Partners with hiring managers, implements structured interviews and scorecards, develops an internship program, strengthens employer branding, and improves recruiting workflows in ADP Workforce Now using AI tools.

Owns monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities across more than a dozen locations, including journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, and GAAP-compliant reporting. Provides variance analysis and executive reporting, strengthens internal controls, manages sales and use tax compliance, and leads accounting staff. The role also drives Sage 100 and process improvements while partnering closely with the Controller and CFO.
