Lead the Boiler & Refractory sub-project for EfW plants: write technical specifications, select and support suppliers, coordinate interfaces and disciplines, assist plant planners/designers, and handle documentation, inspections and technical queries. Travel internationally up to 20%.

Lead and represent the company on-site for waste‑to‑value industrial projects. Plan, coordinate and control erection and installation activities through handover; ensure QHSE, legal and contractual compliance; manage subcontractors, costs, schedules, documentation, inspections and defects; run coordination meetings, logistics and reporting; support tendering and ensure structured handover to commissioning.

Serve as an independent HSE authority auditing global waste-to-X and renewable gas plants, enforcing process-safety standards (HAZID/HAZOP/ATEX), driving reliability programs, conducting incident investigations and trend analyses, and delivering cross-site training to strengthen safety culture.

Lead execution of the CO2 compressor scope including defining work packages, writing specifications and RFQs, selecting and managing suppliers, and ensuring regulatory and interface compliance. Coordinate basic engineering and plant integration with multiple disciplines, review and approve supplier documents, and support construction and commissioning. Travel to suppliers or sites approximately 10–20%.

Design and specify plant systems and components, coordinate cross-system interfaces, produce P&IDs, calculations, functional descriptions, and HAZOP/risk analyses. Select instrumentation and suppliers, support commissioning, resolve process issues, and prepare as-built and operation documentation.

Provide technical leadership for mechanical retrofit and MRO service projects: define robust solutions, estimate costs, coordinate design/procurement/manufacturing, supervise supplier quality checks and site implementation, ensure QHSE compliance, and standardize reusable solutions across projects from tender through execution.

Support process engineering for waste-to-energy plants: create and update P&ID diagrams, specify measurement technology, produce operating manuals, maintain safety guidelines, and assist site teams during commissioning.

Source and procure plant, animal, agricultural, and organic waste feedstocks for biomethane plants. Build and manage supplier relationships, negotiate and manage contracts, monitor inventory and supply performance, analyze market trends, and optimize procurement strategies while ensuring quality, sustainability, and regulatory compliance.

Lead project QA as primary quality interface to Project Director/Manager and customer. Ensure regulatory and quality compliance, manage QA/QC, inspections, documentation, and risk of non-conformities. Train teams, drive continuous improvement using 8D/RCA, CAPA, Lean and Six Sigma, and oversee welded construction and NDT activities to meet project and regulatory standards.

Lead and coordinate industrial erection campaigns from planning through handover. Oversee site teams, subcontractors, schedules, quality, QHSE compliance, commercial controls, reporting, and technical documentation. Support tender phases and knowledge transfer.

Lead design, configuration, rollout, and support of the Accounting & Controlling domain in IFS Cloud. Perform fit/gap analysis, coordinate data migration, test and run UAT, train users, provide second-level support, and ensure tax and finance requirements are met across global deployments.

Lead the Group-wide collaboration and low-code Power Platform strategy, owning Microsoft 365 services (Teams, SharePoint, Exchange) and Power Apps/Automate/BI. Ensure secure, reliable service delivery, governance, adoption, and citizen development while enabling automation and analytics. Provide day-to-day administrative support to account management, field service, and technical teams; handle sales or procurement-oriented tasks, tender and sales documentation, order processing, invoicing, supplier invoice processing, and ERP data accuracy; ensure smooth internal and external communication, improve administrative processes, and meet KPIs for timeliness, cash flow, and customer satisfaction.

Lead engineering and execution of DCS and control systems for EfW and renewable gas plants. Design control hardware, cabinets, wiring and field instrumentation; prepare specs, evaluate bids, select suppliers, and supervise implementation. Participate in FAT, HAZOP, SIL and cyber security reviews, support commissioning, provide technical support and mentor junior automation engineers.

Manage customer relationships and drive service sales (mechanical retrofits, MRO, spare parts, digital). Coordinate planning and execution of outages, shutdowns, and overhauls; ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while monitoring financial performance, contracts, QHSE compliance, and risk mitigation.

Lead end-to-end proposal development for sales projects, design and optimize plant concepts, analyze customer specifications, coordinate internal and external stakeholders, present technical solutions, support negotiations, manage technical documentation, and help finalize contracts. Occasional travel (~20%).
