The role includes approximately 10% travel, with flexibility for international commissioning assignments of up to six months annually.

Designs, develops, tests, commissions, and supports Siemens PCS 7 DCS and PLC systems for energy-from-waste and renewable-gas plants. Responsibilities include network and IT/OT integration, FAT and SAT activities, troubleshooting, customer design reviews, technical specification review, commissioning, template and HMI library development, technical standards, and coaching junior engineers. The role involves approximately 10% travel and up to 12 weeks annually on project assignments.

Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned searches, advise hiring managers on sourcing strategies, proactively source candidates, coordinate interviews and communications, support offer negotiations, and maintain accurate ATS and recruitment reporting. Collaborate with local People and Culture teams, Global Mobility, and Tax teams on international hiring, work permits, and salary expectations.

Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned searches, advise hiring managers on sourcing and recruitment strategy, actively source candidates through social media, coordinate interviews and communications, negotiate offers where applicable, and maintain accurate recruitment data in the ATS. Lead the recovery, stabilization, governance, and future rollout of Kanadevia Inova’s IFS Cloud OneERP program. Own scope, roadmap, budget, risks, executive reporting, process harmonization, quality gates, testing, training, cutover, and handover. Coordinate business, IT, implementation partners, and vendors while strengthening delivery models and business process ownership. Develop scalable rollout playbooks and ensure measurable business value across international operations.

Manages end-to-end project procurement through warranty handover, including supplier negotiations, contracts, claims, final accounts, delivery, quality, and procurement performance. Leads operational procurement activities, supports project procurement managers, coordinates cross-functional teams, resolves escalations, identifies suppliers, and improves supply chain processes.
