Design, build, and operate an Azure-first cloud platform; lead migration from private cloud to Azure; govern global connectivity across offices and sites; manage cloud, network, identity, and security services (IaC, Entra ID/AD, networking, backup/DR); lead infrastructure transformation projects, mentor engineers, and coordinate with stakeholders and external providers.

Provide corporate governance and legal support across multiple jurisdictions, maintain records and corporate documentation, advise on M&A and integrations, support business departments with contracts, train directors/employees on legal responsibilities, identify legal risks, and manage paralegals.

Lead design, development, validation, and deployment of production AI/ML and optimization solutions. Serve as AI subject matter expert, define MLOps and model governance standards, collaborate with product and engineering, and mentor technical teams to ensure scalable, secure, and compliant AI solutions.
