Lead the Boiler & Refractory sub-project for EfW plants: write technical specifications, select and support suppliers, coordinate interfaces and disciplines, assist plant planners/designers, and handle documentation, inspections and technical queries. Travel internationally up to 20%.

Lead and represent the company on-site for waste‑to‑value industrial projects. Plan, coordinate and control erection and installation activities through handover; ensure QHSE, legal and contractual compliance; manage subcontractors, costs, schedules, documentation, inspections and defects; run coordination meetings, logistics and reporting; support tendering and ensure structured handover to commissioning.

Serve as an independent HSE authority auditing global waste-to-X and renewable gas plants, enforcing process-safety standards (HAZID/HAZOP/ATEX), driving reliability programs, conducting incident investigations and trend analyses, and delivering cross-site training to strengthen safety culture.
