Engage with business owners and HR managers to understand their challenges, deliver solutions, conduct demos, and close sales. This role emphasizes rapid personal growth and skill acquisition in a startup environment.

Plans and executes padel tournaments, club events, and social activities from concept through post-event evaluation. Manages budgets, timelines, suppliers, contracts, permits, venue setup, equipment, registration, participant communications, and on-ground logistics. Builds relationships with club members, players, coaches, volunteers, authorities, and service providers while supporting event promotion through club channels and social media.

Process payroll accurately and ensure compliance with local regulations. Maintain payroll records, prepare payslips and government remittances, resolve discrepancies, coordinate payroll-related HR changes, stay current on laws, and support process improvements within the payroll team.

Lead customer onboarding and implementation while handling inquiries through tickets and live chat. Troubleshoot issues, maintain knowledge-base content, document solutions, identify recurring problems, and collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience and support processes. The role requires strong communication, empathy, problem-solving, basic Excel skills, and at least one year of customer support experience. It is fully remote.
