Build AI-assisted software prototypes, product features, and customized enterprise solutions for a workforce management platform. Use Claude Code daily to research problems, design solutions, write and review code, debug, test, and iterate rapidly. Collaborate with stakeholders, clients, product leaders, and experienced developers to translate business needs into intuitive web applications and move successful prototypes into production.

Plans and executes padel tournaments, club events, and social activities from concept through post-event evaluation. Manages budgets, timelines, suppliers, contracts, permits, venue setup, equipment, registration, participant communications, and on-ground logistics. Builds relationships with club members, players, coaches, volunteers, authorities, and service providers while supporting event promotion through club channels and social media.

Lead customer onboarding and implementation while handling inquiries through tickets and live chat. Troubleshoot issues, maintain knowledge-base content, document solutions, identify recurring problems, and collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience and support processes. The role requires strong communication, empathy, problem-solving, basic Excel skills, and at least one year of customer support experience. It is fully remote.
