Drive AI-driven product practices, align with commercial and trading teams, and shape front-end and platform capabilities to grow partner activity and profitability.

Manage full employee lifecycle for Bucharest (and support Malta), provide HR administration and payroll oversight with external providers, support performance management, employee relations, recruitment, ensure compliance with policies and employment law, and contribute to employee engagement and internal events.
