Teams at Kambi Group plc

Support the Stockholm employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, absence management, HR documentation, payroll coordination, employee relations, and recruitment administration. Serve as a first point of contact for employees and managers, maintain accurate People data, support HR systems integration, and improve processes through mapping, automation, and responsible AI adoption. The role requires knowledge of Swedish employment legislation, payroll, benefits, immigration, and international HR operations.

Own Kambi’s global Reward agenda, including salary structures, benchmarking, benefits, incentives, job architecture, and annual reward cycles. Analyze compensation data and market insights, manage provider and broker relationships, and recommend practical improvements. Lead initiatives from analysis through implementation and communication while partnering with People teams and business stakeholders across international locations.

Leads Kambi’s global tax function, including tax strategy, governance, compliance, IFRS tax accounting, transfer pricing, international expansion, tax authority relationships, and transaction support. Advises senior stakeholders on commercial tax matters, strengthens controls and documentation, automates processes, and builds scalable tax operations. Reports to the CFO and works hybrid from London or Malta.
