Improve department workflows, documentation, software evaluation, and procedures to increase efficiency and quality. Oversee multiple concurrent deliverables and provide day-to-day client support for multiemployer and single-employer pension plans.

Lead reserving and broader P&C actuarial engagements for self-insured and (re)insurer clients. Oversee project delivery, validate technical analyses and deliverables, present findings to clients, support business development, and mentor actuarial staff to drive their development.

Consult with clients on design and administration of defined contribution retirement plans. Manage compliance testing (ADP/ACP, 410(b), 401(a)(4)), prepare valuation reports, process IRS Form 5500 and schedules, perform valuations across platforms, and delegate/review analysts' work.

Lead the multiemployer pension practice: manage a team of ~4, serve as primary client contact, perform high-level technical reviews for accuracy and compliance, streamline operations, improve documentation and software, and formalize procedures to ensure consistent, high-quality pension deliverables.

Provide consulting, technical, and project management services for retirement plans (defined benefit, defined contribution, retiree medical). Perform valuations, plan design, compliance, risk assessment, and financial management. Collaborate with team members, communicate recommendations to the Chief Actuary, and support leadership development.

Lead engineering teams to design and deliver end-to-end cloud, data, and application solutions for actuarial systems. Translate actuarial and product requirements into architecture, roadmaps, testing, and deployment; manage stakeholder engagement and ensure high-quality, on-time platform features and client solutions.
