Leads the multiemployer pension consulting practice, overseeing approximately four professionals and ensuring accurate, timely, compliant client deliverables. Serves as the primary pension client contact, conducts high-level technical reviews, and improves departmental workflows, documentation, procedures, and software usage. Requires extensive Taft-Hartley pension consulting expertise, strong communication skills, and leadership experience.

Consults with clients on defined contribution retirement plan issues, design alternatives, administration, compliance testing, valuation reports, investment and brokerage account valuation, and IRS Form 5500 filings. Reviews plan compliance and identifies future design opportunities while delegating and reviewing analysts’ and associates’ work. The role requires extensive qualified retirement plan consulting expertise and offers hybrid or fully remote work.
