Leads enterprise infrastructure strategy, reliability, security, lifecycle management, and hybrid-cloud operations across offices, manufacturing plants, warehouses, and other sites. Manages infrastructure teams, vendors, budgets, roadmaps, cybersecurity controls, monitoring, backup and disaster recovery, escalations, and major infrastructure initiatives. Partners across technology and business functions to deliver scalable, resilient, secure, and recoverable infrastructure.

Provides administrative support for the Customer Quality Assurance Response team. Responsibilities include responding to quality concerns by email and phone, investigating issues, coordinating follow-up across departments, documenting QARFs and Torn Bag Reports, processing product samples, answering quality-process questions, and reviewing or updating reports. The role requires strong attention to detail, urgency, timely communication, and sensitivity to customer and corporate needs.

Manage customer orders from entry through delivery and payment, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment. Coordinate transportation, resolve customer issues, communicate with internal teams, and build strong customer relationships. The role requires independent work, analytical thinking, attention to detail, strong communication, Excel proficiency, and availability for weekday schedules with occasional weekend email checks. Manage safe, efficient, and cost-effective feed production. Oversee daily operations, staffing, training, inventory, quality, and SOP compliance. Coordinate with shift supervisors, support maintenance and continuous improvement, and ensure plant cleanliness and readiness for customer visits.

Hands-on plant manager who leads daily feed mill operations, drives production efficiency, quality, safety (FSMA/HAACP), cost control, and team development. Plans production, manages budgets, applies lean principles, resolves production challenges, and ensures audit readiness and regulatory compliance.

Design, build, and operate greenfield business applications end-to-end: architecture, APIs, UX, deployment automation, and infrastructure-as-code while translating business processes into durable software.

Process and upload vendor invoices, prepare electronic payments, monitor accounts, research and resolve discrepancies, maintain vendor records, support audits, and ensure timely, accurate payments.

Support accounts payable and general accounting for animal production: process vendor invoices and payments, reconcile accounts, prepare journal entries, assist month-end close, provide reporting and audit support, and resolve invoice discrepancies while interacting with vendors and operations.

Lead and develop an accounting team while performing hands-on accounting tasks: invoicing, cash application, payables, reconciliations, financial statement preparation, and process improvement projects. Partner across departments and ensure accurate daily cash posting, payment reconciliation, and invoice dispute resolution.

Provide technical support to sales for ruminant nutritional products including custom formulation, product development, feed budgeting, research program management, regulatory and quality control support, production troubleshooting, and training sales and technical staff.

Weekend-focused role assisting daily care of research horses: feeding, watering, turnout, stall cleaning, basic barn upkeep, and accurate record keeping for weight, feed intake, and health. Supports nutrition and production research trials; must lift 50 lbs and work holidays.

Lead production planning by balancing demand, materials, and capacity. Analyze supply/capacity gaps, maintain PowerBI planning reports, support demand forecasting, define process/system improvements, and execute daily production scheduling with cross-functional teams.

Source and purchase grain from area farmers for feed manufacturing. Build supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, manage and track positions and inventories, and collaborate with Nutrition, Sales, Pricing, Marketing, and Production. Use futures-market knowledge to develop contracting strategies and respond to market changes.

Lead end-to-end IT projects and application changes: gather and document requirements, scope and plan projects, manage developers and vendors, define and execute testing, train users, provide post-go-live support, and onboard changes to the help desk.

Process and monitor vendor invoices and electronic payments for livestock production operations. Verify coding and documentation, upload invoices into the ERP, resolve discrepancies with vendors and managers, maintain vendor accounts, and provide audit support while ensuring timely, accurate recordkeeping.

Manage safe, efficient, on-time production and quality at a feed manufacturing facility. Develop SOPs, monitor plant performance, lead and train staff, drive process improvements and support maintenance and capital projects.
