Responsibilities include Conditional Access, passwordless authentication, PIM, SSO, provisioning, B2B controls, entitlement management, access reviews, lifecycle workflows, hybrid Active Directory and SailPoint integration, and automation using Microsoft Graph, PowerShell, and infrastructure-as-code. The role establishes engineering standards, documents designs, partners with SecOps, and mentors engineers.

Operate workforce, partner, and contractor identity access across Microsoft Entra ID and SailPoint. Manage joiner, mover, and leaver processes, provisioning, access reviews, privileged access, hybrid synchronization, SSO, audit evidence, and identity incidents. Automate repetitive workflows using PowerShell, Microsoft Graph, Python, Azure services, and ITSM integrations. Troubleshoot access issues, maintain runbooks, support compliance requirements, and collaborate with HR, IT, application, architecture, and security teams in a hybrid Seattle role with occasional after-hours support.

Assess and improve Agile requirements practices for a Product Owner team. Build elicitation standards, documentation templates, and an AI-assisted intake tool; deliver workshops, coaching, and office hours; refine materials based on usage and feedback; manage delivery independently; and communicate findings and recommendations to client stakeholders and leadership.

Lead enterprise portfolio prioritization, governance, and roadmap development. Advise executives through scenario planning, performance tracking, and stakeholder alignment. Simplify governance, drive process improvements, and ensure investments deliver strategic outcomes.
