Lead and manage complex IAM and cybersecurity projects. Ensure delivery, track budgets, report to executives, and manage risks.

Lead cross-functional initiatives as a senior business systems analyst: gather and translate requirements, model processes, evaluate solutions and vendors, manage enterprise application configuration, coordinate testing and releases, ensure compliance and security alignment, mentor junior analysts, and drive roadmap and stakeholder alignment throughout the SDLC.
