Kaizen Analytix Benefits Overview

Analyze data and develop semantic models for certified data products covering rebates, sales-to-GMR, and inventory. Build and rationalize Power BI dashboards, collaborate with Finance and business stakeholders on requirements and user acceptance testing, and consolidate reports into certified data products. The role requires expertise in Power BI semantic modeling, DAX, advanced SQL, Athena, Redshift Spectrum, dimensional modeling, and star schemas.

Support AI/ML engineers in developing generative AI and LLM applications, including chatbots, RAG pipelines, prompt engineering, model evaluation, data preprocessing, and data pipelines. Learn and apply deep learning concepts, research emerging techniques, explore vector embeddings, and collaborate on architecture and implementation tasks under senior engineer guidance.

Lead client analytics engagements end-to-end: define scope and SOWs, manage cross-functional delivery teams, ensure technical best practices, oversee deliverables and project P/L, communicate with stakeholders, mitigate risks, mentor teams, and identify follow-on business opportunities.
