Map master-data processes across multiple ERP systems, identify control gaps and manual touchpoints, redesign workflows for governance and automation, and establish policies, stewardship models, data-quality controls, metadata practices, and decision rights. Partner with business, IT, compliance, security, and analytics stakeholders while reporting governance maturity, risks, and data-quality trends.

Lead SAP S/4HANA solution architecture and Fit/Gap workshops, define implementation scope, manage stakeholder engagement, guide RFP/scoping, and bridge customers with offshore SAP engineering teams across core modules and integrations.

Hands-on internship supporting AI/ML projects: assist building and fine-tuning generative AI and LLM applications, help maintain data pipelines, perform prompt engineering and RAG experiments, write Python code for preprocessing and evaluation, research generative AI techniques, and present progress under senior engineer supervision.
