Develop Workday Extend applications for new SaaS products, contributing to technical design, proof-of-concepts, customer-focused roadmaps, and user feedback. The role involves AWS, AI, REST, and SOAP technologies within an agile product team. The developer will collaborate with customers and colleagues, support junior team members, uphold quality and security standards, and help establish a Workday Extend community of practice.

Own the go-to-market activation strategy for Kainos’s Workday Product Business Unit. Develop and execute integrated, multi-channel campaigns spanning messaging, content, email, landing pages, webinars, nurture, and sales enablement. Partner with Sales, SDRs, Product Marketing, Alliances, and Marketing Operations to generate, progress, and convert pipeline. Manage campaign budgets, performance reporting, ROI, stakeholder relationships, and co-marketing opportunities while optimizing campaign effectiveness across the buyer journey.

Leads customer-facing Frontier AI projects from architecture through production deployment. Oversees integrations of Actonomy products in customer environments, guides Forward Deployed Engineers, manages and mentors staff, and partners with senior stakeholders. Translates customer needs into product improvements, creates reusable implementation assets, supports AI adoption, and communicates architectural and commercial decisions to technical and nontechnical audiences.
