Experience with CI/CD, cloud platforms, data storage, and Java BPMN implementations is valuable.

Leads a distributed PMO team supporting delivery management and operations. Responsibilities include task prioritization, team performance and development, project onboarding, risk and contract support, resource demand planning, month-end compliance, escalations, process improvement, service-level tracking, and stakeholder communication. The role also provides guidance to client PMO teams and supports Delivery and Operations leadership in a fast-moving environment.

Provides administrative and financial support to project management and operations teams. Responsibilities include project setup and system maintenance, revenue and cost recognition, financial reporting, timesheet and expense approvals, invoicing, PMO request routing, stakeholder coordination, and general administration. The role requires strong organization, communication, Excel, prioritization, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
