Leads the Controls Projects team, overseeing project delivery, quality, workload allocation, technical execution, mentoring, performance management, and process improvement. Lead and grow Kahler Automation's sales organization by developing and executing strategic sales plans, managing pipeline and forecasts, coaching regional and inside sales teams, expanding OEM and partnership relationships, driving subscription software adoption, and representing the company at industry events to achieve revenue, profitability, and long-term growth objectives.

Lead and develop Phone Support and Field Service departments to deliver multi-channel technical support for industrial automation. Set strategy, KPIs, budgets, and processes; serve as executive escalation point; improve customer experience through collaboration with Engineering, Sales, and Project Management; champion use of ERP/CRM and diagnostic/service management tools; manage staffing, onboarding, training, and continuous improvement.

Provides phone support to customers for hardware-related problems, assists with installations, and documents actions taken to resolve issues.

Lead and coach the Phone Support team while providing hands-on technical support for customers. Oversee KPIs, ERP/CRM documentation, resource planning, incident escalation, billing, and process improvements to deliver best-in-class service.
