Teams at Kahler Automation Corporation

Leads the Controls Projects team, overseeing project delivery, quality, workload allocation, technical execution, mentoring, performance management, and process improvement. Provides technical direction for PLC, HMI, SCADA, and industrial communications work; reviews deliverables; supports estimating and troubleshooting; maintains templates and documentation; and facilitates agile sprint planning, reviews, and team accountability. The role combines hands-on automation engineering with supervision of remote team members and occasional customer project collaboration.

Provide phone-based troubleshooting and remote diagnosis for company software and hardware, install and configure software/peripherals, support field technicians, instruct users, perform minor repairs, assist internal software testing, and complete HubSpot and ERP documentation.

Lead and grow Kahler Automation's sales organization by developing and executing strategic sales plans, managing pipeline and forecasts, coaching regional and inside sales teams, expanding OEM and partnership relationships, driving subscription software adoption, and representing the company at industry events to achieve revenue, profitability, and long-term growth objectives.
