Provide administrative and customer-service support for claims operations: answer phones, process mail and documents, enter and update loss reports, assist with multiple claim types, support vendors and visitors, coordinate meetings, and provide CAT/event support under moderate supervision.

The Claims Support Specialist performs administrative functions, provides customer service support for claims, and handles phone inquiries, documentation, and coordination of meetings.

Design, develop, test, and maintain complex full‑stack software across front‑end, integration, and cloud. Produce technical design documentation, perform code and unit test reviews, automate tasks, validate system cohesion and quality, support production, mentor junior engineers, and occasionally lead medium‑complexity projects or POCs.
