Own Kabisa’s China-to-East Africa supply chain for vehicles, batteries, chargers, and spare parts. Responsibilities include booking shipments, preparing export documentation, coordinating pre-shipment inspections, tracking deliveries, managing supplier relationships, resolving quality and logistics issues, monitoring supplier performance, and reporting risks to the CFO. The role will gradually expand into supplier negotiations, OEM selection, export financing, and broader supply-chain leadership.

Guide showroom customers through the electric vehicle purchasing journey, including needs assessment, product presentations, test drives, negotiations, sales agreements, delivery, and after-sales follow-up. Educate customers on EV technology, charging, costs, and ownership; promote related services such as charging solutions, warranties, and maintenance packages; maintain CRM records; and provide sales reporting to management.

Build and ship full-stack features for an electric vehicle charging management system, charging app, payment flows, real-time sessions, and internal operations tools. Responsibilities include backend and frontend development, automated testing, CI pipeline work, production ownership, reliability improvements, and collaboration with charging and maintenance teams in a fast-moving environment.

Build customer relationships, conduct product presentations and test drives, maintain CRM records, negotiate agreements, and provide sales reporting and insights.

Leads Kenya FP&A and accounting operations while overseeing regional vehicle inventory, purchasing, working capital, trade finance, cash-flow forecasting, budgeting, and financial consolidation across Kenya and Rwanda. Owns Kenya’s accounting, tax compliance, controls, banking relationships, and monthly close. Builds financial models, management accounts, forecasts, and strategic recommendations for executive leadership.
