Provides high-level administrative support to the Managing Partner by managing calendars, communications, meetings, travel, events, project timelines, documents, confidential information, and follow-up activities. Acts as a liaison with lawyers, department heads, vendors, and business professionals; tracks deadlines, prepares agendas, coordinates logistics, maintains files, and supports information governance.

Provide paralegal support for electric and environmental regulatory permitting, compliance, and litigation. Prepare regulatory applications and filings, manage discovery, coordinate depositions and hearings, assist with testimony and motions, perform legal research, maintain case files, and support post-hearing filings and logistics.

Lead high-level design and brand strategy across print, digital, and social channels. Provide paralegal support for fiduciary litigation across case lifecycle: client intake, calendaring, discovery and e-discovery, drafting pleadings and motions, depositions, trial preparation and support, appeals, e-filing, legal research, and client/Clerk communications.

Support the Client Development Team with research, data compilation, proposal and pitch preparation, website and communications content, meeting logistics, and preparing attorney biographies and representative matters using AI-enabled platforms and Microsoft Office tools.

Provide administrative and legal support to immigration attorneys and paralegals: prepare and format immigration forms and filings, manage case files and deadlines, communicate with clients and agencies, assist with billing and document management, and coordinate appointments and submissions to government agencies.

Coordinate client billing and matter setup, manage pre-bills and final invoices, ensure compliance with engagement terms and firm billing guidelines, process adjustments/write-offs, submit e-bills, and support billing audits and inquiries while partnering with attorneys and leadership.

Prepare, file, and manage nonimmigrant and immigrant petitions and supporting documentation; coordinate with clients, attorneys, and government agencies; maintain case records, generate reports, and ensure regulatory compliance while managing multiple cases and deadlines.

Provide legal analysis and guidance on conflicts of interest, professional responsibility, and new business intake. Review complex conflicts reports, advise on ethical walls/waivers, support lateral hire reviews and onboarding, coordinate with business functions to implement access restrictions, and assist attorney education and operational improvements.

Provide legal and administrative support for eminent domain and right-of-way matters: manage case files, draft documents, coordinate title and property activities, prepare litigation/hearing materials, communicate with clients and third parties, track parcels and deadlines, and maintain document systems.

Lead firmwide visual branding by independently conceiving and executing complex design projects across print, digital, and social channels. Build templates, manage multiple projects, coordinate vendors, support web and email design (HTML/CSS), oversee asset governance, and ensure compliance with legal advertising requirements. Collaborate with attorneys and marketing teams and leverage AI-assisted tools to produce high-quality marketing collateral and presentations.
