Lead high-level design and brand strategy across print, digital, and social channels. Own complex projects from concept to execution, ensure brand and legal-ad compliance, build templates and digital assets, collaborate with attorneys and vendors, manage asset governance, and support web/email design with HTML/CSS knowledge.

Provide paralegal support for fiduciary litigation across case lifecycle: client intake, calendaring, discovery and e-discovery, drafting pleadings and motions, depositions, trial preparation and support, appeals, e-filing, legal research, and client/Clerk communications.

Support the Client Development Team with research, data compilation, proposal and pitch preparation, website and communications content, meeting logistics, and preparing attorney biographies and representative matters using AI-enabled platforms and Microsoft Office tools.
