Provide legal and administrative support for eminent domain and right-of-way matters: manage case files, draft documents, coordinate title and property activities, prepare litigation/hearing materials, communicate with clients and third parties, track parcels and deadlines, and maintain document systems.

Provide legal and administrative support for estate planning, probate, and trust administration. Draft estate planning and probate documents, prepare state and federal tax filings (including Forms 709 and 706 and Texas franchise reports), manage probate tracking and client/entity records, perform legal research, coordinate hearings and client communications, assist with real estate and transactional documents, and support attorneys including occasional travel and extended hours.

Support administration of client fee agreements and billing rates: maintain client/matter rate files, update timekeeper rates, assist with revaluation of unbilled time, support rate review and analysis, generate reports, communicate rate changes, and assist with process improvements and projects.
