Senior executive leading the full People & Culture function: strategy, workforce planning, talent acquisition, retention, total rewards, HRIS, employee relations, DEI&B, learning and development, and team leadership. The CFO oversees financial management, planning, reporting, and compliance. Responsibilities include strategic financial leadership, budget development, financial reporting, treasury management, and team development.

The Program Assistant supports JVS' refugee and immigrant services by assisting with program applications, data entry, and client interactions, while fostering teamwork and collaboration.
