Lead JVS's marketing and communications strategy, manage a three-person team and external vendors, oversee brand, digital and print campaigns, fundraising communications, PR, website and analytics, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive enrollment, employer partnerships, and fundraising.

The CFO oversees financial management, planning, reporting, and compliance. Responsibilities include strategic financial leadership, budget development, financial reporting, treasury management, and team development.

Provide individualized 1:1 career coaching, lead job-search workshops/webinars, assist clients in the Career Resource Center, register members, offer technical/computer help, maintain records in MOSES/Excel, support job fairs and partner collaboration to connect clients with employment and training opportunities.
