Apprentice Management Accountant supporting the finance team while completing a Level 3 apprenticeship. Duties include processing supplier and customer invoices, reconciliations, bank and inventory postings, month-end journals, producing management reports and KPI information, assisting with budgeting/forecasting, VAT and audit support, and ad-hoc financial analysis. Opportunity to learn ERP systems, Excel-based reporting, and progress to higher accounting qualifications.

Lead safe, compliant, and efficient metal fabrication plant operations, driving Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and People (SQDCP). Manage production planning, staffing, continuous improvement (Lean/CI), maintenance reliability, quality control, and cost targets while partnering with Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, and EHS.

Lead the Customer Service team, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, guiding operations, and improving service standards while managing a dedicated staff.
