Oversee product quality on the manufacturing floor, compare drawings with production parts, manage inspections, maintain QA documentation and ISO 9001 certifications, administer gauge calibration, and lead RCCA activities for customer and supplier issues. Review PPAP submissions, manage engineering deviations and quality changes, develop preventative processes, and supervise QA staff while collaborating with engineering, production, purchasing, and customer service.

Lead the lithium-ion safety product portfolio by defining category strategy, roadmap, product requirements, business cases, pricing, and launch plans. Govern stage-gate NPD programs, prioritize investments, gather customer and market insights, and coordinate engineering, marketing, operations, quality, supply chain, and sales. Track portfolio financial performance and KPIs while driving cross-functional execution, operational readiness, differentiated value propositions, and commercial launches.

The Mechanical Engineer will support new product development, improve manufacturing processes, and partner with various teams for innovative solutions.
