Leads multi-site EMEA operations across customer service, warehouses, inventory, supply chain, production, quality, sustainability, and continuous improvement. The role manages operational performance, supplier relationships, budgets, capacity, Lean initiatives, ERP alignment, regulatory compliance, and carbon reduction. It also develops operations leaders, integrates acquired businesses, optimizes the operating footprint, and collaborates on broader business transformation. Significant presence at European operations sites is required.

Assembles mechanical products by gathering materials, interpreting drawings and work orders, cleaning parts, and using hand and power tools. Follows verbal, written, and safety instructions, maintains a clean work area, and supports testing, quality review, packing, and cross-training. The role requires teamwork, overtime flexibility, ladder use, prolonged standing and kneeling, and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Owns Justrite Australia’s distributor and channel partner network, delivering profitable growth through channel strategy, joint business planning, partner development, sales forecasting, commercial negotiations, product training, and new product launches. The role manages strategic accounts, recruits and enables distributors, drives portfolio adoption, monitors performance and market trends, and collaborates with sales, marketing, operations, customer service, and product teams. It is field-based and requires national travel to distributor locations, customer sites, and industry events.
