Leads global tax operations and strategy for a multinational organization, overseeing tax compliance, accounting, planning, transfer pricing, sales and use tax, VAT, property tax, and M&A tax matters. Manages external tax providers and auditors, coordinates domestic and international filings, reviews ASC 740 provisions, maintains tax accounts and reconciliations, monitors tax law changes, and supports audits, payments, and tax engine compliance.

Manage distributor and end-user accounts across a geographic region, owning the sales process, account strategies, forecasts, pipelines, and quota attainment. Drive cross-selling, end-user demand, joint sales calls, customer programs, presentations, and strategic opportunities. Build relationships with stakeholders, analyze customer and market performance, collaborate with sales leadership, and support company growth. The role requires substantial overnight travel and at least seven years of sales experience.

Supports plant leadership and employees across the HR lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, HRIS and personnel records, payroll and benefits administration, recruiting, employee relations, training, engagement activities, compliance, and workplace safety initiatives. The role provides guidance to employees and managers, maintains confidential information, supports HR process improvements, and partners with plant and EHS leadership in a manufacturing environment.
