Serve as Justice North's first dedicated HR Generalist supporting ~70 employees across eight offices. Manage full employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, benefits and leave administration, payroll support, HRIS records, policy and compliance, training, employee relations, and supervisor coaching. Build HR systems, processes, and culture while partnering with leadership and finance.

Provide direct civil legal services across poverty law matters (family, protection orders, housing, consumer, benefits, elder law), represent clients in court and hearings, conduct legal research, participate in community outreach and education, supervise and delegate tasks to support staff, comply with federal and organizational requirements, and travel within the service area for client meetings and outreach.

Provide client-centered case management to help clients overcome non-legal barriers: assess needs, connect to community resources and benefits, provide crisis intervention and short-term support, maintain confidential records, collaborate with attorneys and community partners, assist with outreach, grant reporting, and program development to support clients’ legal cases and long-term stability.

Coordinate intake and placement for Pro Bono and Judicare clients, manage logistics for PAI clinics and Self-Help Centers, track program metrics, recruit and engage volunteer attorneys, maintain program materials and communications, and support special projects to improve client and volunteer experience.

Coordinate PAI program intake and placement by conducting client intake, assessing referrals, managing PAI clinic and Self-Help Center logistics, tracking metrics, supporting volunteer attorney recruitment and engagement, updating program documentation, and responding to client and volunteer communications.
