Teams at Justice North

Leads Justice North’s development strategy, grants management, fundraising, donor engagement, and revenue diversification. Oversees 30–40 grants, proposal and report writing, budgets, compliance, funder relationships, individual giving, events, donor systems, and impact communications. Supervises two development staff members, collaborates with Finance, legal services, executive leadership, and the Board, and builds systems supporting financial sustainability and organizational growth.
