Serve as the first point of contact for French-speaking pet parents through phone, email, and chat. Provide nutrition guidance, product information, order and account support, and resolve issues empathetically. Identify customer trends, share feedback, coach customers on healthy habits, and collaborate with the team to improve the overall customer experience.

Own and improve core people operations, including contracts, compensation, benefits, payroll, compliance, performance cycles, employee cases, and HR tools. Coordinate recruitment and onboarding, advise managers on people matters, and help develop career frameworks, salary grids, organizational design, culture, and scalable people initiatives. The role combines hands-on execution, advisory support, and strategic organizational development within Operations.

As a German-speaking Customer Support Agent, you'll assist pet parents with nutrition advice, order inquiries, and problem resolution while fostering positive customer experiences.
