Occasional UK travel is required.

Manage and continually develop pricing for retirement income and annuity products. Propose pricing changes, analyze competitor strategies, implement updates in administration platforms, produce pricing management information, and support business planning and new product development. The role requires actuarial model interpretation, P&L understanding, market analysis, stakeholder management, and analytical support for the income product team.

Process and reconcile monthly payroll and employee benefits, maintaining accurate Workday data for starters, leavers, deductions, salary sacrifice, pensions, and statutory leave. Respond to payroll queries, investigate discrepancies, submit third-party reports and payments, administer SAYE changes, and support HMRC year-end reporting, including P60s and P11Ds. The role also supports payroll compliance, database checks, and process improvements while advising managers and employees.

Leads independent investment valuation reviews, price verification, and valuation governance across fixed income, derivatives, private credit, structured products, real estate, and other illiquid assets. Reviews methodologies, models, assumptions, and market data; investigates control exceptions; and improves valuation processes, systems, data quality, and reporting. Supports liquidity modeling, stress testing, regulatory and audit activities, financial reporting, and senior governance committees.

Prepare and support Group financial reporting including monthly consolidations, quarterly US GAAP and UK regulatory returns, and annual statutory accounts.
