Own Jus Mundi’s global growth engine, including website strategy, CRO, A/B testing, SEO, AEO, organic social, paid acquisition, demand generation, funnel analytics, attribution, and pipeline reporting. Partner with Sales, RevOps, Product Marketing, Content, Design, and regional marketing teams to optimize campaigns, build scalable growth playbooks, and drive qualified pipeline, revenue growth, and customer acquisition across international B2B SaaS markets.

Own and grow a DACH-region portfolio across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. Manage the full B2B sales cycle, including prospecting, demonstrations, closing, renewals, upsells, and cross-sells. Build trusted relationships with senior decision-makers at law firms, corporations, governments, and universities. Develop account plans, identify market opportunities, contribute to sales playbooks, and support commercial growth for Jus Mundi’s AI-powered legal technology.

Manage onboarding, training, adoption, retention, and expansion for legal technology customers across Europe and MENA. Lead kickoff calls, create success plans, conduct business reviews, monitor usage and satisfaction, resolve issues with internal teams, maintain CRM records, and report on account health. The role requires legal technology or legal services experience, fluency in English and another European language, strong AI aptitude, and the ability to build relationships with law firms and legal departments.

Supports the CEO of a global legal-tech company by researching international law, arbitration, AI, and industry topics; drafting speeches, presentations, social posts, articles, and internal communications; preparing for conferences and meetings; managing content calendars; and assisting with CEO-office projects, travel preparation, briefing materials, and follow-ups.

Manages the CEO’s calendar, meetings, correspondence, travel, and administrative needs while overseeing Paris office operations, facilities, suppliers, workplace services, and IT support coordination. Leads employee experience initiatives, events, onboarding and offboarding processes, and communication across international and remote teams. The role requires strong organization, discretion, bilingual French and English communication, AI-tool proficiency, and regular presence in the Paris office.

Build and operate Python backend services and AI-agent pipelines that crawl, process, validate, and index legal documents. Design retry-safe workflows, APIs, database schemas, migrations, lineage tracking, evaluation gates, and observability. Collaborate with legal experts and engineering teams to onboard new data sources, improve extraction quality, control processing costs, and resolve production failures.

Analyze international arbitration documents and treaties, extract legal metadata, integrate case materials into Jus Mundi’s database, and conduct legal research. The intern will focus on commercial, investor-State, and sports arbitration while collaborating with specialized arbitration lawyers and the legal content team. The role requires a university internship agreement, Paris-area residence, and knowledge of commercial and investor-State arbitration.
