Full-cycle learner recruiter responsible for sourcing candidates and employer opportunities, conducting interviews and assessments, providing career guidance, managing CRM records, engaging employers and communities, collaborating with program teams, and meeting recruitment targets to place apprenticeships.

Provide day-to-day administrative support for the centre, manage learner records and GDPR compliance, handle enquiries, support enrolment and registers, track attendance and performance, liaise with partners, order supplies, schedule activities, and help coordinate events to ensure smooth centre operations.

Recruitment Officer responsible for recruiting students onto training programmes through outreach, events, social media and partnerships. Conduct interviews, complete paperwork, identify support needs, create initial support plans, and meet recruitment targets for the Telford centre while building relationships with schools and referral agencies.

Provide central administrative support for centres, maintain accurate learner records, ensure funding compliance, manage student payments and bursaries, register learners and process certifications via Walled Garden, assist the Apprenticeship Team with invoicing and DAS actions, conduct compliance checks, visit centres to improve administrative standards, and attend company training days.

Coordinate work placements, apprenticeships, and further-education opportunities for young people. Build and maintain employer networks, assess student progress, conduct placement risk assessments, deliver employability workshops and careers advice, safeguard learner welfare, and meet placement targets while promoting Juniper's values.

Lead strategic expansion of the organisation's services, initially growing construction-related provision. Identify market demand, develop new service offerings and partnerships, secure aligned opportunities, and work with operational, curriculum and quality teams to ensure commercial viability and positive learner and employer outcomes.
