Support 16–18-year-old students’ wellbeing, safeguarding, attendance, and progression. Maintain safeguarding records, coordinate with external agencies, engage parents and guardians, provide advice and guidance, and help students progress into further education, training, or employment. Monitor post-program outcomes and collaborate with staff to ensure students remain safe, engaged, and motivated.

Full-cycle learner recruiter responsible for sourcing candidates and employer opportunities, conducting interviews and assessments, providing career guidance, managing CRM records, engaging employers and communities, collaborating with program teams, and meeting recruitment targets to place apprenticeships.

Recruit students onto training and apprenticeship programmes through outreach, networking, events, social media, and referral partnerships. Build relationships with schools and agencies, interview prospective students, complete accurate paperwork, identify support needs, create initial support plans, and achieve recruitment targets. The role requires strong communication, organisation, relationship-building, and safeguarding awareness when working with young people.
