Support students aged 16–18 through safeguarding, attendance monitoring, advice, guidance, and progression planning. The role involves maintaining safeguarding records, coordinating with parents and external agencies, encouraging engagement, helping students identify education or employment pathways, and providing ongoing support. Candidates need safeguarding knowledge, strong communication and organisational skills, resilience, and a passion for motivating young people.

Sources apprenticeship candidates, engages employers to identify opportunities, interviews and assesses learners, provides career guidance, maintains CRM records, and collaborates with tutors and program managers. The role involves recruitment targets, community and school outreach, and supporting young people and vulnerable adults through the apprenticeship process.

Support 16–18-year-old students’ wellbeing, safeguarding, attendance, and progression. Maintain safeguarding records, coordinate with external agencies, engage parents and guardians, provide advice and guidance, and help students progress into further education, training, or employment. Monitor post-program outcomes and collaborate with staff to ensure students remain safe, engaged, and motivated.
