Requires extensive landscape supervision and design experience, horticultural knowledge, sales ability, and physical capacity for outdoor work.

Performs aerial tree care, including pruning, cabling, and bracing, using ropes, ladders, bucket trucks, and other equipment. Works safely with a small team, maintains tools and equipment, communicates with the Arbor Manager, and supports client satisfaction. The role requires extended outdoor work, physical bending and lifting, and operation of hand and power tools. Previous tree-climbing and pruning experience is preferred.

Work with a landscape installation crew to plant trees/shrubs, lay sod, install pavers, stone walls, mulch, and irrigation; dig trenches, prep soil, move materials, operate hand and power tools, and lead the crew in the foreman's absence. This is a development role toward a Landscape Construction Foreman.
