Manages landscape enhancement projects from scheduling and estimating through completion, coordinating crews, materials, equipment, subcontractors, budgets, quality, safety, client communication, billing, and reporting. Supervises, trains, interviews, and disciplines team members; sells enhancement services; maintains equipment and computer systems; orders materials; and performs hands-on landscape work as needed.

Manages the operational, financial, and client-service performance of an assigned landscape business portfolio. Responsibilities include recruiting and developing employees, overseeing field crews and maintenance schedules, conducting site inspections, managing P&L and expenses, ensuring safety and quality compliance, strengthening client relationships, improving processes, and identifying account growth opportunities.

Manage operational and financial performance of assigned landscaping accounts, lead hiring and team development, ensure safety and quality, oversee site inspections and daily field operations, maintain client relationships, manage P&L and expenses, implement process improvements, and prepare performance reports to drive satisfaction and profitability.

Applies fertilizers, pesticides, herbicides, and insecticides to landscape properties while diagnosing turf and ornamental issues. Performs Integrated Pest Management, mixes products according to labels, operates and maintains vehicles and equipment, records product usage, completes work-order correspondence, and supports customer retention through communication. Requires safe outdoor work in extreme conditions, physical lifting, and compliance with regulatory and safety requirements.

Manage operational and financial performance of assigned accounts, lead recruiting/onboarding, supervise field crews, ensure contract compliance and safety, maintain client relationships, oversee P&L and reporting, implement process improvements, and develop team capabilities.

Manage operational and financial performance of assigned accounts by leading hiring and training, overseeing field crews and site inspections, maintaining client relationships, controlling P&L and expenses, implementing process improvements, ensuring safety compliance, and reporting on account performance.

Diagnose and treat turf and ornamental issues; apply fertilizers, pesticides, herbicides, and insecticides per label and regulations; prepare/mix products safely; operate and maintain tools, vehicles, and equipment; keep accurate product and work-order records; perform IPM duties; maintain customer rapport and complete related correspondence.

Manage agronomy operations for assigned landscape maintenance branches: recruit and develop staff, create and implement agronomy and integrated pest management plans, perform site inspections and compliance recordkeeping, oversee budgets, training, equipment selection, and enforce safety and regulatory requirements.

Manage landscape enhancement projects: schedule work, supervise and train crews, coordinate materials/equipment/subcontractors, support estimating and client meetings, ensure safety, quality control, budgeting, and accurate work order and billing documentation.

Own executive relationships for strategic accounts to drive retention, revenue protection, and portfolio performance. Develop and execute account plans, lead executive-level engagements and renewals, partner with operations and sales to align delivery, identify and mitigate risks, pursue expansion opportunities, and deliver data-driven account health reporting. Enforce safety policies and support safety investigations.

Manage and schedule multiple irrigation installation teams, oversee materials/equipment/subcontractors, train and develop staff, ensure quality, safety, budget adherence, prepare estimates, maintain job files, and provide client communication and service.

Work with a landscape installation crew to plant trees/shrubs, lay sod, install pavers, stone walls, mulch, and irrigation; dig trenches, prep soil, move materials, operate hand and power tools, and lead the crew in the foreman's absence. This is a development role toward a Landscape Construction Foreman.
