Manage operational and financial performance of assigned landscaping accounts. Lead hiring, training, and employee performance; ensure safety and quality; conduct site inspections; maintain client relationships; oversee P&L, labor, materials, and equipment; implement process improvements; prepare performance reports and collaborate on growth opportunities.

Manage and schedule multiple irrigation installation teams, oversee materials/equipment/subcontractors, train and develop staff, ensure quality, safety, budget adherence, prepare estimates, maintain job files, and provide client communication and service.

Work with a landscape installation crew to plant trees/shrubs, lay sod, install pavers, stone walls, mulch, and irrigation; dig trenches, prep soil, move materials, operate hand and power tools, and lead the crew in the foreman's absence. This is a development role toward a Landscape Construction Foreman.
