Perform aerial tree care (pruning, cabling, bracing) using ropes, ladders, bucket trucks and hand/power tools. Work with a small team, follow safety procedures, maintain equipment, and communicate with the Arbor Manager to ensure client satisfaction.

Manage operational and financial performance of assigned landscaping accounts. Lead recruiting, training, and performance management. Ensure safety, quality, client relationships, P&L oversight, site inspections, process improvements, and reporting. Support onboarding, collaborate across teams, and perform hands-on tasks as needed.
