Provide frontline reception and clerical support: answer and route calls, greet visitors, issue passes, schedule and prepare meeting rooms, manage mail and packages, order supplies, coordinate hospitality services, and follow established procedures under supervision.

Design and refine maintenance plans, monitor asset reliability, troubleshoot mechanical equipment, develop risk management, document maintenance schedules, coach staff, and collaborate with engineering and operations to restore and improve mission-critical systems.

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls for a national bank, resolve credit card application and account inquiries, collect and follow up on customer data, escalate or refer clients as needed, and work flexible shifts (including evenings and weekends) primarily remotely with occasional on-site attendance.

Coordinate immigration submissions and track milestones, support pre-departure employment readiness, liaise with employers and settlement partners, develop training and community resources, maintain program data and reporting, monitor sponsorship cases and EMPP beneficiaries, and promote inclusive, safe settlement practices.

Six-week, in-person, paid-stipend training in Brampton for refugees in Ontario to gain hands-on construction and prefabrication skills, mentorship, language support, and paid work placements for top graduates. Focuses on job matching, post-graduation coaching, and pathways into trades, drafting, or supervisory roles.

Lead on-site team to deliver exceptional resident experience and building operations. Manage leasing, rent collection, resident relations, events, safety, sustainability initiatives, vendor compliance, and administrative tasks while supporting marketing, inspections, and staff training.

Handle inbound and outbound credit card calls, gather Visa/MasterCard-required data, resolve application and limit inquiries, provide product guidance, escalate or refer clients, and deliver efficient, empathetic customer service across varied shifts including evenings and weekends.
