Provide frontline reception and clerical support: answer and route calls, greet visitors, issue passes, schedule and prepare meeting rooms, manage mail and packages, order supplies, coordinate hospitality services, and follow established procedures under supervision.

Leads implementation of a nonprofit refugee-support project, overseeing milestones, deliverables, staff and consultants, stakeholder engagement, digital platform testing, evaluation, reporting, documentation, budgets, and funding compliance. The role manages risks, coordinates advisory committees, builds partnerships, monitors outcomes, and ensures successful project delivery.

Supports the management of large-scale infrastructure construction projects by coordinating schedules, deliveries, contractors, resources, documentation, budgets, quality records, safety inspections, and commissioning activities. Collaborates with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to track progress, resolve issues, mitigate risks, and maintain project controls. Conducts site visits, supports cost control, and provides administrative assistance throughout project delivery and handover.

Free, time-limited Coursera access for eligible refugee clients to complete self-directed online courses. Participants must join a 15-minute Zoom intake, activate their account, commit about 2.5 hours/week (10 hours/month), and finish at least one course in the first month. Licenses are limited and allocated first-come, first-served.

Lead on-site team to deliver exceptional resident experience and building operations. Manage leasing, rent collection, resident relations, events, safety, sustainability initiatives, vendor compliance, and administrative tasks while supporting marketing, inspections, and staff training.

Design and refine maintenance plans, monitor asset reliability, troubleshoot mechanical equipment, develop risk management, document maintenance schedules, coach staff, and collaborate with engineering and operations to restore and improve mission-critical systems.

4-week training program providing practical warehouse, logistics, and transportation experience. Participants receive job development, immediate job opportunities, heavy equipment certification, and paid placement at $19.21/hr. Candidates must be eligible to work in Canada and reliably commute to North York and Brampton.
