Provide frontline reception and clerical support: answer and route calls, greet visitors, issue passes, schedule and prepare meeting rooms, manage mail and packages, order supplies, coordinate hospitality services, and follow established procedures under supervision.

Design and refine maintenance plans, monitor asset reliability, troubleshoot mechanical equipment, develop risk management, document maintenance schedules, coach staff, and collaborate with engineering and operations to restore and improve mission-critical systems.

Support inventory control, forecasting, and cross-functional supply chain planning. Manage inventory levels, adjust forecasts with Sales and Schedulers, support product lifecycle transitions, analyze forecast vs. sales accuracy and inventory metrics, maintain BOMs and consumable levels, and coordinate purchase order and packaging changes.
