Own and scale Juicebox’s search acquisition engine across Google, Bing, OpenAI/ChatGPT, and emerging advertising platforms. Manage large budgets, agencies, experiments, campaign performance, reporting, CAC optimization, conversion, and pipeline growth. Partner with Sales and RevOps on ABM campaigns, automate workflows with AI tools, and support broader marketing initiatives through analysis and projects.

Partner with GTM leadership to identify and execute growth initiatives across sales, marketing, customer success, partnerships, and product. Responsibilities include pricing and packaging analysis, market and revenue opportunity sizing, AI-native workflow design, business cases, financial modeling, KPI dashboards, and improving GTM processes and operating rhythms.

Respond to customer support requests, investigate and reproduce product bugs, document technical details, and create prioritized bug reports. Coordinate with engineering and product teams through resolution, communicate fixes or workarounds to users, maintain support documentation and workflows, and identify recurring feedback themes for product leadership. The role requires fast context switching, thoughtful root-cause analysis, cross-functional coordination, and in-office work five days per week.

Build and manage Juicebox’s IT, identity and access management, employee provisioning, device management, ticketing, and support operations. Implement and administer Okta and access workflows across business applications, evaluate AI-powered IT tools, support compliance audits through access governance and documentation, and provide hands-on employee troubleshooting. This first dedicated IT role requires establishing scalable systems and processes from scratch while partnering with Security, Engineering, and business teams.

Lead and grow a high-performing engineering team, own execution of complex initiatives, partner with product and design, influence architecture and technical direction, hire and scale the org, and coach engineers to deliver high-quality production systems.

Lead Juicebox's social and creator strategy across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Twitter/X. Build and run influencer and creator partnerships and campaigns, collaborate with leadership for thought leadership, manage agencies and contributors, ship timely content, design promotions to drive new business and engagement, and identify new social growth opportunities.

Lead product-led growth initiatives for Juicebox's self-serve channel. Design and run experiments to improve acquisition, onboarding, activation, retention, invitations, and referrals. Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing to launch lifecycle campaigns across email and in-product messaging, analyze user and product data to surface opportunities, and own end-to-end growth experiments that move key self-serve metrics.

Lead Juicebox's London launch and EMEA expansion. Partner with CEO across GTM, operations, and product; manage launch campaigns, compliance, cross-functional coordination, and establishing local workflows and systems.

Manage a portfolio of customers through onboarding, adoption, expansion, and renewal. Drive AI-native workflow adoption, lead commercial conversations and renewals, identify expansion opportunities, run QBRs and ROI discussions, and help scale Customer Success playbooks at a high-growth SaaS company.

Lead product-led growth for Juicebox's self-serve channel. Own revenue from self-serve customers, run growth experiments, improve onboarding/activation/referrals, launch lifecycle campaigns, analyze product usage, and work cross-functionally to ship initiatives.

Lead and develop an on-site Account Executive team in San Francisco to drive new logo growth. Own pipeline generation, forecasting, deal execution, coaching, and team performance. Build playbooks, sales motions, and GTM systems while partnering with cross-functional revenue teams and founders to scale a high-growth AI SaaS business.

Generate top-of-funnel pipeline through strategic outbound outreach to Heads of Talent, VP People, and agency owners. Collaborate with AEs, Product, and Marketing, refine outbound playbook, and book qualified meetings to drive revenue expansion.

Manage a portfolio of customers through onboarding, adoption, expansion, and renewals. Drive AI-native workflow adoption, commercial outcomes, pricing negotiations, ROI discussions, and QBRs. Build multi-threaded relationships, identify expansion opportunities, and help define and scale Customer Success playbooks at a hypergrowth SaaS company.

Senior individual contributor to own major parts of the codebase, shape architecture, implement features, mentor engineers, and maintain technical velocity at a fast-growing AI SaaS startup. Work closely with founders, review high-trust PRs, and improve engineering quality without people management.

Design, build, and ship end-to-end product features focused on search and ranking. Improve profile search via new filters, data sources, and LLM-based features (including fine-tuning and feedback loops). Collaborate with founders, move quickly, own projects, and work across Next.js/React, Node.js, OpenSearch, AWS, SQS, and Spark.

Lead GTM enablement and strategy to scale Juicebox's revenue org: redesign onboarding, playbooks, collateral, and workflows; partner with Product and PMM; define AI-powered GTM strategy and build automation to improve seller productivity, CRM hygiene, and pipeline visibility.

Sell Juicebox's recruiting SaaS to in-house TA teams and recruiting agencies via inbound demos and trials. Close ACVs of $10K–$50K with 2–3 week deal cycles, upsell existing customers, and consistently exceed quota. Role is based in San Francisco.

Lead definition and execution of Juiceboxs brand: audit current identity, set positioning, voice, and visual system, and translate strategy into campaigns, content, product storytelling, and cross-functional alignment across marketing, sales, and product.

Build and own scalable customer education, community, and champion programs to drive adoption, retention, and expansion. Create onboarding academies, in-product education, webinars, forums, and advocacy initiatives to reduce CSM lift and accelerate net revenue retention.

Own and build the product function: gather customer insights, write PRDs/specs, prioritize roadmap, partner with engineering/design, triage bugs vs features, and establish product processes while representing product externally.
