Lead and grow a high-performing engineering team, own execution of complex initiatives, partner with product and design, influence architecture and technical direction, hire and scale the org, and coach engineers to deliver high-quality production systems.

Lead Juicebox's social and creator strategy across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Twitter/X. Build and run influencer and creator partnerships and campaigns, collaborate with leadership for thought leadership, manage agencies and contributors, ship timely content, design promotions to drive new business and engagement, and identify new social growth opportunities.

Lead product-led growth initiatives for Juicebox's self-serve channel. Design and run experiments to improve acquisition, onboarding, activation, retention, invitations, and referrals. Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing to launch lifecycle campaigns across email and in-product messaging, analyze user and product data to surface opportunities, and own end-to-end growth experiments that move key self-serve metrics.
