Lead the Underwriting Data Analyst team supporting pharmaceutical underwriting, pricing, sales, and client retention. Manage analysts, oversee data collection and quality, develop SQL, Python, and R infrastructure, create analyses and reporting, support pricing models, review analytical outputs, and coordinate cross-functional initiatives. Train team members, manage work queues, document processes, and provide subject-matter expertise on underwriting data and systems.

Supports pharmacy benefit data exchanges by developing and validating claims, eligibility, formulary, and network feeds; configuring connectivity; processing manual claims; and supporting historical data loads. Monitors data movement, investigates issues, performs reconciliations and audits, and collaborates with clients, integration partners, and internal teams. The role also contributes to process improvements, documentation, training, and compliance with PBM, regulatory, HIPAA, and data governance requirements.

Leads payroll operations and a team of Payroll Analysts, overseeing end-to-end processing, reconciliations, audits, tax administration, controls, compliance, issue resolution, and year-end activities. Partners with HR, HRIS, Benefits, Finance, and Accounting to ensure accurate payroll services. Manages payroll systems, process improvements, reporting, funding, employee concerns, and payroll-related projects while maintaining data security and operational accuracy.

Develop, maintain, test, and execute CMS-required pharmacy benefit regulatory reports. Translate CMS and business requirements into governed technical solutions using SQL and complex healthcare claims data. Manage recurring reporting deliverables, implement approved changes, automate processes, maintain documentation and reusable code, and collaborate with Government Programs and subject matter experts on requirements, risks, dependencies, and validation.

Secure AWS cloud environments and applications by implementing cloud and application security controls, hardening Terraform and CI/CD pipelines, operating security tooling, remediating vulnerabilities, and supporting detection engineering and incident response.
