Leads end-to-end implementation of new pharmacy and medical benefits clients. Responsibilities include project planning, requirements gathering, client communications, benefit and communications testing, milestone tracking, risk mitigation, stakeholder coordination, and relationship management. The role manages multiple complex projects, supports implementation best practices, and requires occasional travel and flexibility outside standard business hours.

Provides strategic and hands-on HR partnership to senior leaders, advising on organizational effectiveness, change management, talent and performance management, employee relations, investigations, workforce planning, and people programs. The role uses workforce data, HR technology, and cross-functional collaboration to improve leadership effectiveness, employee experience, compliance, and organizational performance. It also leads complex initiatives and advises on sensitive workforce matters involving Legal and Compliance.

Coordinates interviews across time zones, maintains ATS records, supports job postings and candidate communications, gathers feedback, assists with offers and onboarding, tracks recruiting data, and maintains Talent Acquisition documentation. Partners with recruiters and hiring managers to streamline hiring processes and provide an excellent candidate experience.
